What to expect

What's your minimum order quantity?
Usually from around 1,000 units, but it depends on how custom the product is. A custom mould, for example, is a one-time cost, so it makes more sense at higher volumes. Your quote confirms the MOQ for your spec before you commit.

How long will my project take?
Most projects take one to three months, including delivery to your door. It depends on how custom the product is and how many sample rounds it takes to get the fit and finish right. We give you an estimated timeline up front and keep you updated through sampling and production.

Will mass production match the sample I approved?
Yes. Mass production follows the pre-production sample you sign off, and our production team is on the factory floor to make sure it matches.

What if something is wrong?
We inspect your order at several stages, with a final AQL inspection before it ships. You get the QC report, and anything that fails is replaced before shipment. If you find a problem after delivery, let us know within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Do you handle shipping?
Yes. We handle freight, customs, duties and delivery to your door, so you don't have to deal with any of it. We usually quote DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which covers all of that in one price. If you have your own logistics, we can quote FOB (we deliver to the port) or EXW (you collect from the factory).
